Slow Food Eating the Mediterranean way

Sharing a passion and enthusiasm for all things local and seasonal, ‘Eating the Mediterranean way’ is undoubtedly our main event of the week with a special Slow Food UK five-course tasting menu designed by Executive Chef, James Forman.

Inspired by bold flavours of the Mediterranean and using ingredients chosen from 10 of our favourite suppliers, the menu is dedicated to appreciating the international community works to protect our local food culture and a celebration of Ark of Taste’s forgotten foods.

There’ll be an opportunity to hear from Shane Holland, Executive Chairman of Slow Food and our very own Executive Chef, James Forman, before discovering the joys of foraging with Claudio Bincoletto, an Italian chef, ethno-botanist and expert on wild food.

This unique evening is a chance to reinvigorate your interest in the food you eat, where it comes from and the effects of our food choices.

Subject to availability. £10 per person deposit required at the time of booking with final balance due on 1st April 2019. All deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable.
