Spring Foraging with Claudio Bincoletto

Discover the joys of foraging and the secret culinary delicacies of the forest with Italian chef, ethno-botanist and expert on wild food, Claudio Bincoletto on an hour’s walk through the New Forest National Park. Return to the manor for an outdoor cooking demonstration using wild ingredients and a three-course Slow Food lunch.
