Here at the Manor, it’s no secret that we’re passionate about wellbeing – it’s health-giving and good for the soul, provoking happiness and rejuvenating mind and body. Every day we encourage all of our wellbeing guests to continue these practices in their own homes to enhance their everyday wellbeing, however, in our busy lives this can become a little tricky. So, we’re bringing you a new series of ‘Self-Care Sundays’ with our head therapist, Chloe. Every week, Chloe will be bringing you her top tips, tricks, regimes, favourite products, treatments and more to help you on your way to healthier, happier, and better you!
