Our wood-fired oven has already produced some mouth-watering dishes – now it’s your turn to discover just why James, our executive chef, is so excited about it.

Choose from wood-roasted forerib of beef, roasted belly of pork with wood-roasted heritage vegetables, roasted partridge or roasted lemon sole, finished off with stone-baked rice pudding with prunes and coconut.

We have chosen to cook this way because we believe it brings out the best in the superb ingredients that we source daily for our Mediterranean-inspired menu – and we know you are going to agree.
