Mediterranean stone-baked flatbreads

Good food is at the heart of everything we do and we pride ourselves in sourcing quality ingredients from local suppliers to craft dishes full of flavour and seasonality. And now that summer is right on our door-step we’re excited for dining on our beautiful terrace with views overlooking our neighbouring Red Deer Park.

To celebrate the season ahead we’re launching a new stone-baked flatbread menu, perfect for enjoying alfresco style! As with everything you find here at Burley Manor we’ve taken our Mediterranean influences and added our own twist. Wood-fired and delicious our flatbreads are crafted from the freshest local ingredients and influenced by the flavours found in dishes from seven countries across the vibrant Mediterranean. Each flatbread will be hand crafted and freshly prepared by our chefs and then cooked to perfection in our wood-fired oven.

Now, let’s talk toppings! Starting off simple but oh, so delicious, our ‘Turkish’ flatbread is stuffed with grated halloumi and mint. If you’re feeling a little adventurous or a lover of the French cuisine then you’ll enjoy our octopus, squid, mussels and clams flatbread. ‘Italian’ and ‘Greek’ both offer scrumptious vegetarian options featuring feta, olive, spinach and tomato and buffalo mozzarella, sun-blushed tomato and basil.
