Butler's Pantry A taste of Spain

Our Butler’s Pantry is a unique way of bringing the family together for a special celebration or to simply enjoy a Mediterranean feast on the chef’s table whilst watching your dishes cooking in the wood-fired oven. Chat away with the chef’s, enjoy a glass of champagne and sample an array of different dishes from the region of your choice as they come straight from oven to table.

If you choose our Spanish menu then you’ll get to pick from a selection of exciting tapas and mains. All of the dishes use the best seasonal produce to create simple, fresh and vibrant dishes which taste as good as they sound. Below are a few of the tasty treats available from our Spanish menu:


Tabouli is a simple but delicious vegetarian salad of very finely chopped vegetables, lots of fresh parsley and bulgur wheat, all tossed in lime juice and olive oil. This is the perfect fresh dish to start your Spanish dining experience with us.

Empanada; pork and beef skewers is stuffed bread or pastry baked to perfection in our wood-fired oven. The name comes from the Spanish verb empanar, meaning to wrap or coat in bread.

Bunyols de bacalhau is a fish cake that is light and crunchy on the outside and creamy on the inside – Tasty!


Caldeirada is a Portuguese fish stew consisting of a wide range of fish, potatoes, vegetables and spicy notes from paprika – A classic hearty dish!

Cozido is a traditional Spanish stew made with beef and vegetables and is considered part of the Portuguese heritage. Our executive chef James says ‘this one is a must try if you want to taste a traditional Spanish dish’.

Patatas bravas is a classic Spanish tapas dish of cubed potato in a spicy, tomato sauce – Mmm!


For dessert we serve mini portions of cinnamon churros with real hot chocolate, catalan crème brulee and pudim de maracuja so you can sample them all!


To really treat your taste buds we have some Spanish wines to complement your Mediterranean experience:

Conde villar vinho verde branco and a coroa godello are two white wines that both pair perfectly with our seafood dishes.

Finca valero garnacha Rosado is a full-bodied and soft rose that is popularly paired with all meat recipes as well as vegetarian dishes.

Castillo viento rioja crianza is one of the best loved wines and is one of the easiest to match with food. Again, this wine pairs particularly well with lamb and pork recipes and those that contain red peppers, pimenton, garlic and saffron.
