Do we need to make a reservation for the restaurant?

We recommend that you reserve a table in the restaurant before arrival as we are unable to guarantee a table during busy periods if a reservation has not been made. To book a table call 01425 403522 to speak to a member of the team or alternatively book online.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Standard check-in time is after 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out time is by 11am on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability and may incur a fee. We do offer luggage storage for guests upon request.

Are children welcome?

We want to ensure that everyone enjoys a relaxed and tranquil stay at Burley Manor, which is why we only welcome children over 13 years overnight. If you have younger children, please check out our family-friendly sister hotels at

And remember, little ones and pre-teens are more than welcome to join us for lunch in our restaurant or to attend weddings and celebrations in the Barn.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, we welcome dogs to stay in our Classic and Deluxe rooms, as well as our Garden and Burley Suites.

Furry friends will find their own dog mat, a welcome bag of delicious healthy snacks and treats, with special bowls to eat and drink from.

Your pet can stay in your room while you dine – although of course we allow assistance dogs in the dining room – and can join you in the bar for a nightcap, or in our guests’ drawing room.

All it costs is £30 per night for the first dog and £15 for the second.

Are accessible rooms available?

Is Wi-Fi available?

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout Burley Manor for all guests. Please speak to reception for further details.

Is parking available?

Complimentary on-site car parking is available for all guests. During peak times, please be aware that the car park may be busy and there is alternative car parking behind the manor house.

Where is the nearest train station?

Nearest train stations are New Milton (7 miles) and Brockenhurst Station (9 miles). Please call reception on 01425 403522 where a member of the team will be more than happy to provide local taxi numbers.

Is there a swimming pool?

Open seasonally from July to September guests can enjoy exclusive use of our heated outdoor swimming pool.
